Andhra Pradesh’s Spandana Portal Renamed: Introducing the Meekosam Platform

The Andhra Pradesh Government’s Spandana portal has been renamed to the Meekosam portal. It serves as a platform for citizens to lodge grievances and access various government services online, promoting transparency and efficient governance.

Registration:

• Visit the Meekosam portal.
• Click “Register Grievance” or “Suggest” based on your requirements.
• Provide your Aadhaar number and other necessary details.
• Once your grievance is registered, you will receive an acknowledgment via SMS or email.

1. Login:
   • Go to the Meekosam portal.
   • Enter your Aadhaar-linked phone number.
   • An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your phone.
   • Use the OTP to log in and access the portal.
2. Tracking:
   • After logging in, you can track the progress of your application.
   • Meekosam provides an option to classify complaints.
   • You’ll receive updates on the status of your grievance via SMS or email.
